Blinds First Warranty

Since we are the manufacturers, we stand behind our quality and services with our Lifetime Warranty. In the event of factory defect or mechanical failure of any Blinds First product, we will repair or replace that product at no charge. (Lifetime Product Warranty coverage excludes defects resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance.) If any Blinds First product requires replacement and the product, pattern or color has been discontinued, we will replace it with a product of similar style and value. (Replacement is limited to the defective or malfunctioning product only.) Please be sure to inspect all merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you notify us immediately within 30 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
