Buying Without Worry

Guaranteed fit and no-hassle returns.

We want you to feel confident in your window measurements. That’s why we created these measuring videos for both inside- and outside-mounted products. Please watch them before you order.

Guaranteed fit. The overwhelming majority of our customers have no problems with their window measurements. If you made a measuring mistake, notify us within 15 days for a FREE replacement. You pay only the price difference (if any) between the old and new product. Please see our return policy details.

Guaranteed satisfaction. We stand behind our products and our service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us right away. We will make every effort to correct the problem. In some cases we will authorize a return for a replacement or complete refund. We’ll provide you with shipping instructions.

Lifetime Product Warranty. In the event of factory defect or mechanical failure of any Blinds First product, we will repair or replace that product at no charge.

Coverage excludes defects resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper care and maintenance. If any product requires replacement and the product, pattern, or color has been discontinued, we will replace it with a product of similar style and value. Replacement is limited to the defective or malfunctioning product only. Please inspect all merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you notify us of a problem within 30 days of receipt, we will repair or replace damaged merchandise at no cost to you.

 

Return Policy Details

If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted, with prior authorization, within 30 days of receipt. If we’ve made a mistake or your product was damaged in shipping, we’ll pay for its return. Otherwise, you pay return shipping.

Limit of four free remakes per household. No cash refunds. Same-product/same-color exchanges only, within 15 days of receipt of package. In some cases, we may trim your old blind to the correct size.

Important: about color accuracy. We do our best to ensure that the colors on our site are consistent with our inventory. Different dye lots, however, can result in subtle color variations from product to product. In addition, colors and textures depicted on our website may look different on different monitors. And colors may also vary slightly between swatch samples and actual products.

We offer up to 10 free swatches to help you choose your window coverings. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the event of dissatisfaction with color or texture unless a swatch has been ordered first, and the product varies measurably from the swatch. We also strongly suggest that when placing an order for multiple products in a single room that you order them all at one time to avoid any differences in dye lots.
